Connor Jenkins
Winner of the Efixx 30 Under 30 in 2024, Connor is a passionate freelance lecturer and assessor with extensive experience in the education and training industry. Connor’s journey into education was profoundly influenced by a teacher during his college years, who demonstrated the transformative power of learning. This experience inspired Connor to pursue a career in teaching, and just six years later, he found himself teaching alongside his former mentor, using education to empower others and transform lives.
With expertise spanning installation work, controls, electronics, and programming, Connor has cultivated a broad and versatile skill set. Over the past six years, he has dedicated himself to improving education, identifying gaps in traditional teaching methods, and striving to enhance the learning experience.
In collaboration with Luke, Connor co-founded Luxor Learning Academy, a forward-thinking education and training provider. Luxor Learning was designed to deliver high-quality teaching with a flexible, remote platform tailored to the unique needs and goals of learners. This innovative approach ensures students receive exceptional support and resources to succeed in their fields.
Connor is deeply committed to education and firmly believes it is the most powerful tool to change lives. Through Luxor Learning, he aims to inspire others to achieve their potential and build successful futures.
Luke Foster
Luke has been working in the Electrical sector for over 25 years, had his own electrical installation company for over 8 years and has been in the education sector for the last 5 years, where he has had success across various electrical levels including the Apprentice year 1,2,3, Level 3,2,1 Electrical installation Level 3 BS 7671 Electrical regulations, Level 3 Solar PV, Electrical energy storage, Electrical vehicle charging.
Luke won Lecturer of the year in 2022 at City of Wolverhampton college and has since moved on to set up a Renewables and adult learning Centre at Telford college.
Luke has knowledge of the Industrial, commercial and domestic sectors of the Electrical Industry and has worked on huge projects both in the UK and in Europe, such as:

- Heathrow T 1,2,3,4 and 5
- Sunglass hut Amsterdam, Den Hagg, Amstelveen, Rotterdam and Uterich
- Ray bans 1st flag ship store Covent Garden
- Sunglass hut flag ship stores Oxford street and Covent Garden
- Harrods Golf and various other projects within Harrods.
